COMMENCEMENT DATE 

This Publishing Agreement is made the ­­6^th day of November, 2007.  

BACKGROUND 

The Publishing Company (the ‘Publisher’) and Songwriter (the ‘Writer’) have agreed to enter into this Agreement to set out the rights and obligations of each party governed by the covenants contained herein intending be legally bound upon execution of this document.

The Writer is hereby offered the following terms by the Publisher in consideration of its exclusive music publishing:

The Agreement shall be in effect throughout the whole world for the full Term (clause 2) subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in this document.

2.         TERM 

2.1       This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue to be in force throughout the Territory (clause 1) for an initial period of 12 (twelve) months from the  Commencement Date (the ‘Initial Period’).
